Like any other residence, there are pros and cons. 3021 Holmes Ave. had many changes in management throughout the year which has made communication and building trust/relationships with staff a bit difficult and skeptical. However I gave a 5-star rating for value and staff mainly because of how great Vitor Rodrigues has been in his level of communication, effectiveness in executing/resolving concerns, and level of professionalism while being friendly/welcoming of residents. He doesn’t give you the run-around when you want to address a problem, he’s always staying busy working while observing the needs of the residence, and he always has a friendly smile and attitude that will make your day a little brighter after a long day of work! A few things the place can improve on is the cleanliness of the garage, more reliable office hours, making sure packages left outside go into the office (even if the carrier made the mistake not to check it in). Overall, it has been a great experience here!
